This Contract is entered into by and between Home Hube and the customer. This Contract outlines the terms and conditions under which you purchase home goods and decors ("Products") from our website, www.homehube.com. The Contract is considered concluded from the moment of order payment confirmation.
By placing an order through our site, email, social network or phone, you signify your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions, including the referenced Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy. This Contract, together with the Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you (the customer) and Home Hube. Certain products may be available exclusively, with limited stock. These products may have specific shipping times (pre-orders option) and limited quantities.
We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.
3. Prices and Payment
The currency for transactions on the site is Euro (€). Prices include VAT (21%). Purchases can be paid for using the following payment methods provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv, Maksekeskus AS:
- Latvian online bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, and Luminor,
- Estonian online bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor,
- Lithuanian online bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, and Luminor,
- Finnish online bank payments: Aktia, Ålandsbanken, Danske, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Pohjola, POP Pankki, S-Pankki, Säästöpankki,
- Worldwide Visa/Mastercard card payments.
Note: When using the online banking payment method, confirm the order and click on the "Return to Merchant" button.
Personal data required for payment processing is transferred to the licensed payment institution Maksekeskus AS.
The Contract comes into effect upon successful payment to the online store's bank account. If, for any reason, the order cannot be fulfilled, you will be informed, and the paid amount will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the notification.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
4. Order Process
To place an order, you must follow the order process on our site, which includes product selection, checkout, and payment. An order confirmation will be sent to you via email upon successful completion of your order.
Delivery costs are displayed before the order confirmation. Purchased products are delivered to the address specified by the Customer within 4-30 days. In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to dispatch the products within up to 45 days, informing the customer accordingly. In the case of pre-orders, the dispatch of the products will begin at the time specified in the product description.
Once your order is placed, we will prepare your items for shipping. You'll receive updates regarding your order status, including tracking information once your order is dispatched. Pre-order product dispatch starts at the relevant date described in the product description. Please note that some orders may be shipped in separate deliveries.
5. Accuracy of Billing and Account
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate information to access our services. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

The customer has the right to also turn to the European Union dispute resolution institutions.
18. Termination
You may terminate this Contract at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our services. You will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.
If you fail to comply with any term or provision of these Terms and Conditions, we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.
