Once the circumstances outlined in this section cease to exist, the retention period for the data subject’s personal data also ends, and all relevant personal data is irreversibly deleted from computer systems and electronic and/or paper documents containing such personal data, or these documents are anonymized.

In providing services, Home Hube complies with special regulatory acts that mandate the retention of certain data. For example, the Law on Accounting stipulates the obligation to retain information about transactions for 10 years. Furthermore, when providing services with a specified warranty period, information about the aspects of service provision will be retained for the entire duration of the service and considering the statute of limitations applicable to transaction claims related to the respective legal relations (e.g., 3 years arising from commercial transactions, as one of the parties to the transaction is a merchant). We assure you that data will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and used only for lawful purposes as required by the national law.

For example, payment processing is provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv; therefore, our company transmits the personal data necessary for payment execution to the platform owner – Maksekeskus AS. Delivery processing is handled by Swotzy. Swotzy, in turn, transfers this data to the courier responsible for delivering the goods. This data sharing is strictly for delivery purposes and is carried out in accordance with Swotzy's privacy policy, which governs the storage and protection of your data.
  • business and marketing partners, including Shopify, to provide services and advertisements to you. Our business and marketing partners will use your information in accordance with their privacy notices.
