We currently ship to addresses within the European Union (EU) member countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to destinations outside of the EU currently.

The delivery of goods purchased on the Home Hube website is managed by our integrated shipping partner, Swotzy, which offers a wide range of delivery options. Swotzy's network includes reliable couriers: Omniva, DPD, Venipak, Smartpost Itella, Latvijas Pasts, Unisend, and QWQER Express. The shipping method will depend on the destination address, size, and weight of the shipment.

4. Shipping Times

Shipping times may vary depending on the product and its origin. In general, orders are processed, shipped and delivered within 4-30 days after payment confirmation. In some exceptional cases, shipments may take up to 45 days, and we will inform the customer accordingly. Pre-orders are dispatched according to the relevant date described in the product description.
